Beware of “Scratch & Win” Scam in JB City Square

Today, I noticed a post on Super 365 blog about such scams on the rise in JB. Thought that it would be good to increase the awareness on this.

Do pass the word on this to relatives/friends who frequent JB for their protection. It is possible that Singaporeans may be targets of such scams in JB.
